Our new website launch, allowed me to reflect on how we got here.  How? – our customers!  Our customers who have been responsive to our product and value our service.  It is them who help us grow and build new ideas.  It is them who challenge us to do better and allow us to innovate and offer more.  Customers are the engine to the economy.  So what is customer service?

Wikipedia define’s it as the provision of service to customers before, during and AFTER a purchase. The perception of success of such interactions is dependent on employees “who can adjust themselves to the personality of the guest”.  Customer service concerns the priority an organization assigns to customer service relative to components such as product innovation and pricing. In this sense, an organization that values good customer service may spend more money in training employees than the average organization or may proactively interview customers for feedback.

Hey Wikipedia, we buy that.  Customers are people and people should be treated the way you would like to be treated.  Our customer service philosophy? – just be nice, it is that simple!
